Lin)(1897年-1968 年),北平扶輪社(Peiping Rotary Club) 社員(職業分類–毛紡地毯業) ;1938-1939 年度任理事;1940-1941 年度任秘書;1945-1946 年 度任副社長;1946-1947年度任社長。 北平扶輪社,原是北京扶輪社(Peking Rotary Club),於 1924 年 8 月 30 日正式加盟國際扶 輪(證書編號 1814)。1928 年國民革命軍北伐,攻佔京都(北京),北洋政府結束運作。北伐勝利 後,中華民國中央政府以南京為首都。撤銷原京兆地方,6 月起京都遂改名為「北平特別市」。 根據政府的規範,「北京扶輪社」因而需要更名為「北平扶輪社」,報備國際扶輪秘書處。直到 1949 年 10 月 1 日,中華人民共和國建政,定都北京。於是,「北平扶輪社」恢復原名為「北京 扶輪社」。遺憾地,1950 年 6 月 25 日朝鮮戰爭爆發,中國和美國交戰。另一方面,社會主義 中國要求所有扶輪社都必須經過地方政府審查後註冊;所有外籍人員必須離開中國。由於種種政 治和社會環境的不利好,「北京扶輪社」最終於1951年 6月26日自行解散。 今天,在2005年授證成立的北京扶輪社(Beijing Rotary…
