杭州扶輪社(1931)創社社員 — 壽景偉博士 東西方思想巧妙結合 劉敬恒 (中華扶輪史研究員) 2016 年 3 月 12 日 1931 年在中華民國浙江省省會杭州市，金融實業家壽景偉博士與 23 位社會領袖和跨界別精 英，在上海扶輪社(Shanghai Rotary Club)的指導下，組織了杭州扶輪社(Hangchow Rotary Club)。壽景偉是杭州扶輪社的創社社員，職業分類是「外匯銀行業」，當時他是中國銀行浙江 分行副行長。杭州扶輪社是中華扶輪的第五家扶輪社，也是中華扶輪史上「第一家華語扶輪社」。 國際扶輪秘書處已經確認並記錄在案，1934 年 1 月號和 4 月號的英文扶輪雜誌《The Rotarian》 還有報導。 壽景偉(Dr. Bernard K. W. Shaw)（1891-1959），字毅成，曾名肇強，別號茶傭、心月居士， 1891 年出生於大清國浙江省諸暨縣連湖鄉墨城湖。先後就讀紹興中學堂、浙江高等學堂、北京 財政學堂經濟本科(後學堂併入國立法政專門學校)。1914 年(民國 3 年)畢業後，應浙江法政專 門學校校長周伯雄禮聘執教，講授財政學及經濟學六年，之間任商科主任兩年。後到上海任職於 商務印書館業務科副科長；又與王雲五、蔣百器等人共同創辦公民書局，擔任《公民月刊》編輯 主任。在此期間，他編著出版了《財政學》《財政詮要》《應用統計淺釋》等書。此外還著述出 版了《中美英法德日信託業務比較論》一書。同時，「中國合作運動之父」經濟專家薛仙舟邀請 壽景偉到復旦大學講授信託業務一年，兼任吳淞中國公學財政學教授。壽景偉後又返回浙江法政 專門學校，任商科主任兼財政學教授。當時，正值國家內憂外患，志士救亡圖存，五四運動高潮 之際。壽景偉激於愛國熱情，發表了《關於日本所提二十一條侵略意圖的剖析》一文，引發社會 上的強烈反響。 東西方思想巧妙結合 1923 年，壽景偉考取浙江省公費留學。與三弟壽勉成同往美國，兄弟兩人合用這筆官費， 勤工儉學。壽景偉進入 哥倫比亞大學 (Columbia…
