Naomi Luan-Fong Lin (Taipei Lily) 林鑾鳳(臺北百合)

Naomi Luan-Fong Lin (林鑾鳳) is the first Chinese woman to serve as a Rotary International Director (2024–2026), marking historic firsts as the first female RI Director in both Rotary China history and Asia. Lin’s Rotary journey began in 2004, founding and leading the Rotary Club of Taipei Lily (台北百合扶輪社), a female-led club chartered in 2005. Rising rapidly, she served as District Governor of RI District 3480 (Taipei) in 2014-2015, establishing numerous clubs and raising over US$1.5 million for The Rotary Foundation. Lin has held various international leadership roles, including adviser on major gifts and peace initiatives. She and her husband, Louis Hsu Kun-Pai (徐錕柏), are prominent Rotary donors. Lin, fluent in four languages, holds degrees in Japanese Literature and international trade and is a successful business leader in the energy-saving lighting industry. Born in Yehliu (野柳) and raised in Keelung (基隆港), her life story reflects resilience, leadership, and a commitment to service.

Naomi Luan-Fong Lin (林鑾鳳) é a primeira mulher chinesa a servir como Diretora Internacional do Rotary (2024–2026), marcando históricos primeiros lugares como a primeira diretora feminina do RI na história do Rotary na China e na Ásia. Sua trajetória no Rotary começou em 2004, ao fundar e liderar o Rotary Club de Taipei Lily (台北百合扶輪社), um clube liderado por mulheres inaugurado em 2005. Subiu rapidamente, servindo como Governadora do Distrito RI 3480 (Taipei) em 2014-2015, estabelecendo diversos clubes e arrecadando mais de US$1,5 milhão para a Fundação Rotária. Lin ocupou vários cargos internacionais de liderança, inclusive como assessora em grandes doações e iniciativas pela paz. Ela e seu marido, Louis Hsu Kun-Pai (徐錕柏), são doadores destacados.
