Taiwan Stamps Commemorate the 75 Years of Rotary

On February 23, 1983, Taiwan issued commemorative stamps honoring the 75th anniversary of Rotary International. Founded in 1905 in Chicago by lawyer Paul Harris, Rotary began as a local club where members rotated meetings among offices, inspiring its name.
