RI President 2014-15 Gary CK Huang Global Travels Vol 1-3

Gary C. K. Huang, born in 1945 in Foochow, Fukien Province, and raised in Taiwan, served as Rotary International President in 2014-2015. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University and The College of Insurance (New York), Huang had a notable career in insurance and corporate leadership. Joining Rotary in 1976 with the Rotary Club of Taipei, he held various leadership roles including club president, District 345 Governor, Rotary International Director, Vice-President, and Trustee of The Rotary Foundation. He led membership growth across Asia and initiated a campaign securing over 200 Major Donors during Taiwan’s Rotary centennial. Huang received prestigious Rotary awards and national honors including the Service Above Self Award, the Friend of Foreign Service Medal (2015), and the Order of Brilliant Star (2016). With his wife Corinna, a fellow Rotarian, and their three Rotary member children, Huang also holds honorary doctorates from universities in Taiwan, the U.S., and India.

黄志康（Gary C. K.
