Dr. The Honourable Sir Tsun-Nin Chau (1893–1971) was a distinguished Cantonese barrister, businessman, and political leader in Hong Kong. Educated at St. Stephen’s College and Queen’s College, Oxford, and called to the bar at Middle Temple, he co-founded the Rotary Club of Hong Kong in 1930 and served as a Club Director. Son of Legislative Council member Chau Siu-Ki, Chau held multiple public posts, including Justice of the Peace, member of the Sanitary Board, Legislative Council member (1931–1939, 1946–1953), and Senior Chinese Unofficial Member of the Executive Council (1946–1959). He was honored as a Commander of the British Empire (1938), Knight Bachelor (1956), and received an honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong (1961), as well as Japan’s Order of the Sacred Treasure (1969). His three sons each served as presidents of various Hong Kong Rotary Clubs. Chau was a leading figure in mid-20th century Hong Kong’s Chinese community, business, and charitable sectors.

Educado no St. Stephen’s College e no Queen’s College, Oxford, e admitido na advocacia no Middle Temple, foi cofundador do Rotary Club de Hong Kong em 1930, onde serviu como Diretor do Clube. Filho do membro do Conselho Legislativo Chau Siu-Ki, ocupou vários cargos públicos, incluindo juiz de paz, membro do Conselho Sanitário, membro do Conselho Legislativo (1931–1939, 1946–1953) e membro sênior não oficial chinês do Conselho Executivo (1946–1959). 周埈年爵士（1893–1971）是香港著名的廣東籍律師、商人及政治領袖。畢業於香港聖士提反書院和英國牛津大學皇后學院，並於倫敦中殿律師學院獲准執業。他於1930年創立香港扶輪社並擔任理事。周爵士為立法局前議員周兆麒之子，曾任太平紳士、衞生局非官守委員、立法局議員（1931–1939，1946–1953）及行政局資深華人非官守議員（1946–1959）。他獲授英帝國司令勳章（1938年）、英國爵士爵位（1956年）、香港大學榮譽法學博士（1961年）及日本瑞寶章三等（1969年）。其三子均曾任香港多個扶輪社社長。周爵士是20世紀中期香港華人社區、商界及慈善領域的重要領袖。
