Asia Pacific Regional Rotaract Conference 2014 in Hong Kong

The Asia Pacific Regional Rotaract Conference (APRRC) 2014 was held in Hong Kong from July 10 to 13, returning to its inaugural location after ten years. Organized by Rotaractors from Rotary International District 3450, which includes Hong Kong, Macao, and Mongolia, the event promotes friendship, cultural exchange, and leadership among young Rotaract members across the Asia Pacific. The 2014 conference, themed “Touch Hong Kong, Touch Your Heart,” featured workshops, a welcoming banquet, and cultural activities highlighting regional diversity and social issues. Wilson Wan, president of the Rotary Club of Peninsula Sunrise (2014–2015) and representative of sponsor Hong Kong Caring Magic Circus, presented the “Magic WAND” concept—Wishes, Action, Network, and Dedication—underscoring community values. The APRRC remains a key platform for nurturing leadership and strengthening the Rotaract movement in the region.

A Conferência Regional Rotaract Ásia-Pacífico (APRRC) 2014 foi realizada em Hong Kong de 10 a 13 de julho, retornando ao seu local inaugural após dez anos. Organizado por Rotaractianos do Distrito 3450 do Rotary International, que abrange Hong Kong, Macau e Mongólia, o evento promove amizade, intercâmbio cultural e liderança entre os jovens membros do Rotaract em toda a Ásia-Pacífico. A conferência de 2014, com o tema “Touch Hong Kong, Touch Your Heart”, contou com workshops, banquete de boas-vindas e atividades culturais que destacaram a diversidade regional e questões sociais.
