The Chinese Regional Rotary Magazine originated in 1960 when representatives from 16 Rotary clubs across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Kowloon, and Macau launched the “Rotary Quarterly,” the first Chinese-language Rotary publication. This was initiated after Rotary International established Region 345, covering Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan. Over time, the magazine transitioned from a quarterly to a bimonthly and then monthly publication. In 2016, to prevent confusion with the international “The Rotarian,” it was renamed “Taiwan Rotary.” Managed by the Taiwan Rotary Publishing and Internet Information Association, authorized by Rotary International, the magazine serves Chinese-speaking Rotarians globally. It features global Rotary news, regional events, and member contributions to promote fellowship. Recent digital upgrades include a website, e-newsletters, and social media outreach, enhancing engagement and accessibility.

A Revista Regional do Rotary em Chinês teve origem em 1960, quando representantes de 16 clubes Rotary de Taiwan, Hong Kong, Kowloon e Macau lançaram o “Rotary Quarterly”, a primeira publicação Rotary em língua chinesa. Esta iniciativa seguiu a criação da Região 345 pelo Rotary International, abrangendo Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau e Japão. Com o tempo, a revista evoluiu de trimestral para bimestral e depois mensal. Em 2016, para evitar confusão com a publicação internacional “The Rotarian”, foi renomeada “Taiwan Rotary”. Gerida pela Associação de Publicação e Informação pela Internet do Rotary de Taiwan, autorizada pelo Rotary International, a revista atende rotarianos de língua chinesa em todo o mundo.
