Dr. Wilson Wang Tze-Sam (王澤森, 1918–1998) was a distinguished Hong Kong educator, public servant, and Rotary leader. As President of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong Island East (1959-1960), he founded and supervised the New Method College (新法書院) group, pioneering private secondary education in Hong Kong from the 1950s to 2012. Graduated in electrical engineering from the University of Hong Kong, Wang shifted from engineering to education after WWII, addressing immigrant schooling needs and English language instruction. He significantly expanded New Method College with multiple campuses and modern facilities, and his schools were early sponsors of Rotary’s Interact Club. Wang also contributed extensively to public service, serving as an Unofficial Member of Hong Kong’s Urban Council (1961-1970) and Legislative Council (1967-1975), and held key roles in the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals where he guided expansions in healthcare and social welfare. He supported tertiary education as a CUHK trustee and was honored with an honorary Doctor of Laws and the OBE for his lifelong community service.

Como presidente do Rotary Club de Hong Kong Island East (1959-1960), fundou e supervisionou o grupo New Method College (新法書院), pioneiro no ensino secundário privado em Hong Kong entre as décadas de 1950 e 2012. Formado em engenharia elétrica pela Universidade de Hong Kong, Wang mudou para a educação após a Segunda Guerra Mundial, atendendo às necessidades escolares dos imigrantes e à instrução em inglês. Expandiu significativamente o New Method College com múltiplos campi e instalações modernas, e suas escolas foram patrocinadoras iniciais do Interact Club da Rotary.
