Peter Wong Shiu Hoi, Managing Director and CEO of Taifook Securities Group Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company since 1996, holds an MBA from the University of East Asia in Macau. With over 30 years of financial industry experience, he serves as an independent non-executive director for several Hong Kong listed firms. Recognized as Director of the Year 2002 by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, Mr. Wong has made significant community contributions. He was the District Governor of Rotary International District 3450 (Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia) in 2007-2008, previously serving as Assistant Governor and president of the Rotary Club of Kowloon East. He holds leadership roles in multiple organizations such as the New Territories General Chamber of Commerce and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Wong chairs the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and is involved with several financial and corporate advisory bodies. His extensive public service includes roles with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Securities and Futures Commission, and other regulatory panels.

Reconhecido como Diretor do Ano em 2002 pelo Instituto de Diretores de Hong Kong, Wong tem contribuído amplamente para a comunidade. Foi Governador Distrital do Rotary International Distrito 3450 (Hong Kong, Macau, Mongólia) em 2007-2008, tendo sido também Vice-Governador e presidente do Rotary Club de Kowloon East. Ocupa cargos de liderança em organizações como a Câmara Geral de Comércio dos Novos Territórios e a Universidade Politécnica de Hong Kong. Wong preside o Instituto de Diretores de Hong Kong e participa de vários conselhos consultivos financeiros e corporativos. Seu serviço público abrange papéis na Bolsa de Hong Kong, Comissão de Valores e Futuros e outros painéis regulatórios.

黃紹開先生為太福證券集團有限公司董事總經理兼行政總裁，該公司自1996年在香港聯合交易所上市。他持有澳門東亞大學（現稱“澳門大學”）工商管理碩士學位，擁有超過30年的金融行業經驗，並為多家香港上市公司擔任獨立非執行董事。黃先生榮獲香港董事學會2002年度上市公司董事大獎。他積極服務社會，曾於2007-2008年擔任扶輪國際3450區（香港、澳門、蒙古）區域總監，並曾任助理區域總監及九龍東扶輪社社長。黃先生亦在新界總商會及香港理工大學等多個機構擔任領導職務，同時擔任香港董事學會主席，並活躍於多個金融及企業顧問團體，曾在香港聯交所、證券及期貨事務監察委員會等多個監管機構擔任重要職務。
