PDG Ira D. Kaye – DG 1977-1978

Ira Dan Kaye was President of the Kowloon Rotary Club from 1973 to 1974 and served as the 18th Governor of Rotary International District 345, which included Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, during 1977-1978. His leadership theme was “Serve to Unite Mankind.” After his term ended on July 1, 1978, District 346 was created to manage Rotary clubs in the central and southern areas of Taiwan, dividing the region’s clubs between two districts.

Ira Dan Kaye foi presidente do Kowloon Rotary Club de 1973 a 1974 e serviu como o 18º governador do Distrito 345 do Rotary International, que incluía Hong Kong, Macau e Taiwan, durante 1977-1978. Seu tema de liderança foi “Servir para Unir a Humanidade”. Após o término de seu mandato em 1º de julho de 1978, o Distrito 346 foi criado para administrar os clubes Rotary nas regiões central e sul de Taiwan, dividindo os clubes da região entre dois distritos.
