Kwo Keh-Ti (1893–1971) was a distinguished Chinese engineer, educator, and civic leader who played a key role in Rotary International and Freemasonry in mid-20th-century China and Taiwan. He joined the Shanghai Rotary Club in 1935 and revived the Rotary Club of Shenyang in 1948, serving as its president. After moving to Taiwan in 1949, he led the Taipei Rotary Club as president (1952–1953) and became the first governor of Rotary International District 345 (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau) in 1960–1961. A Purdue University electrical engineering graduate, Kwo held important roles in electric power administration and founded Chung Yuan Christian College of Science and Engineering, acting as its first president. He was also the sixth Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons of China (1959–1960) and was awarded the Order of the Brilliant Star by the Republic of China before passing away in Taipei.
