2023 Kaohsiung Rotary Institute – 2023高雄扶輪研習會

The 2023 Kaohsiung Rotary Institute took place from December 5 to 10 at the Hanlai Hotel in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, gathering 1,511 Rotary members from 35 regions across Rotary International Zones 1B, 9, and 10. Chaired by PDG William Tseng Qiu-lian and co-chaired by Rotary International Directors Muhammad Faiz Kidwai and Ghim Bok Chew, the institute offered extensive training for incoming district governors, governor-nominees, trainers, and Rotary Foundation coordinators. Delegates represented countries including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, China, and many across Asia and beyond. The theme “Create Hope in the World” guided plenary sessions, workshops, and cultural exchanges. Keynote speakers such as RI President Gordon R. McInally and former RI President Gary Huang addressed key Rotary initiatives like polio eradication and leadership development. Cultural programs and over 400 volunteers enhanced the event, which concluded with a flag handover to the 2024 institute in Taipei.

O Instituto Rotário de Kaohsiung 2023 ocorreu de 5 a 10 de dezembro no Hotel Hanlai em Kaohsiung, Taiwan, reunindo 1.511 membros do Rotary de 35 regiões nas Zonas 1B, 9 e 10 do Rotary International. Presidido pelo PDG William Tseng Qiu-lian e co-presidido pelos Diretores do Rotary International Muhammad Faiz Kidwai e Ghim Bok Chew, o instituto ofereceu treinamento extensivo para governadores distritais eleitos, indicados, treinadores e coordenadores da Fundação Rotária. Delegados representaram países incluindo Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, China e muitos outros na Ásia e além. O tema “Criar Esperança no Mundo” orientou sessões plenárias, workshops e intercâmbios culturais. Palestrantes como o Presidente do RI Gordon R. Programas culturais e mais de 400 voluntários enriqueceram o evento, que terminou com a entrega da bandeira para o instituto de 2024 em Taipei.

2023年高雄扶輪研習會于12月5日至10日在台湾高雄翰来大饭店举行，汇聚了来自扶轮国际1B、9及10区的35个地区1511名扶轮会员。此次活动由前任地区总监(PDG)曾秋莲主席主持，扶轮国际董事Muhammad Faiz Kidwai与Ghim Bok Chew共同协办。研习会为新任地区总监、总监候选人、地区培训师及扶轮基金协调员等提供全面培训。代表团来自台湾、香港、澳门、中国及亚洲其他多国。以“创造世界希望”为主题，举办了大会讲座、工作坊及文化交流。扶轮国际现任总裁Gordon R. McInally及前任总裁黄光国发表主题演讲，重点讨论根除脊髓灰质炎及领导力发展等战略重点。丰富的文化活动及400多名志愿者保障了大会顺利进行，活动以将旗帜交接至2024年台北研习会圓滿结束。
