Dr. Albert Wing Kuen Wong 王永權 (born June 17, 1951, Hong Kong) is a highly accomplished financial consultant and qualified accountant with numerous international certifications, including Certified Financial Planner (UK, China, USA) and Forensic CPA (USA). He holds a Ph.D. in Banking and Finance and serves as Managing Director of Charise Financial Planning Limited and Independent Non-Executive Director of APAC Resources Limited. Dr. Wong has held prestigious leadership roles such as President of the Hong Kong Society of Doctorate Limited, Hong Kong Society of Economists Limited, and China Finance Management Association – Hong Kong Branch. He is also an Honorary and Visiting Professor at universities in China and the USA. In Rotary, he served as District Governor for 2008-2009 with the theme “Make Dreams Real.” Dr. Wong is recognized internationally for his expertise and mentorship in finance and education. He is married to Mrs. Titania Wong and has two children.
