Dr. The Honourable Sir M. K. Lo (羅文錦爵士) – Co-founder and First President of Asian Football Confederation

Dr. The Honourable Sir M. K. Lo (羅文錦爵士, 1893–?), a Eurasian solicitor from Hong Kong, was a co-founder and the first President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) in 1954. A football enthusiast, he was Vice President of the Hong Kong Football Association in 1939 and President of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong (1934–1935). The AFC was founded on 8 May 1954 in Manila during the Second Asian Games, with representatives from 12 Asian countries. Lo’s contemporaries included Major-General Lee Wai-Tong, the first AFC Secretary General. After one year as AFC President, Lo was succeeded by Kwok Chan. Lo also secured land for the South China AA Football Stadium in 1929 as president of the South China Athletic Association. Educated in England, he was a senior partner at Lo & Lo solicitors and married Victoria Ho-Tung, daughter of Sir Robert Ho Tung.

Apaixonado por futebol, foi vice-presidente da Associação de Futebol de Hong Kong em 1939 e presidente do Rotary Club de Hong Kong (1934–1935). A AFC foi criada em 8 de maio de 1954, em Manila, durante os Jogos Asiáticos, com representantes de 12 países asiáticos. Entre seus contemporâneos estava o Major-General Lee Wai-Tong, primeiro secretário-geral da AFC. Após um ano como presidente da AFC, Lo foi sucedido por Kwok Chan. Também garantiu terrenos para o Estádio de Futebol da South China AA em 1929, como presidente da Associação Atlética South China. Educado na Inglaterra, foi sócio sênior do escritório Lo & Lo e casado com Victoria Ho-Tung, filha de Sir Robert Ho Tung.

羅文錦爵士（Dr. The Honourable Sir M. K. Lo，1893年－？），香港歐亞裔律師，是1954年亞洲足球聯盟（AFC）的共同創辦人及首任主席。他熱愛足球，曾於1939年擔任香港足球總會副會長，並於1934至1935年任香港扶輪社主席。亞洲足球聯盟於1954年5月8日在馬尼拉第二屆亞洲運動會期間正式成立，當時有來自12個亞洲國家代表。羅氏的同時代人物包括首任秘書長李偉棠少將。羅氏任職AFC主席一年後，由郭燦接任。作為南華體育會會長，他於1929年為南華足球場取得土地。他曾在英國留學，為洛律師行（Lo & Lo）資深合夥人，並娶香港富商何東爵士之女何東維多利亞為妻。
