Reverend Dr. Andrew Ben Loo (Taipei North) 盧祺沃牧師 (台北北區)

Reverend Dr. Andrew Ben Loo, Founding President of the Rotary Club of Taipei North District in 1959. Later, he served as the regional director of Rotary International 345 from 1968 to 1969. The geographical area includes Taiwan Province of the Republic of China, Hong Kong, a British territory, and Macau, a Portuguese territory.
Lu Qiwo was originally from Shunde County, Guangdong Province, China, and was born in New York City in 1913. Studied at Guangzhou Peizheng Middle School, Peking Huiwen Middle School, private Peking University, Missouri State University (Missouri State University), Northwestern University Chicago (Northwestern University, Chicago), Kancheng Bible University and School of Music, Philadelphia Oriental University (Eastern University, Philadelphia) and Columbia University, New York (Columbia University, New York), received a doctorate in theology and a doctorate in music education.
He used to be the music director of Beiping Yuying Middle School, the pastor of Chinese churches in Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and New York City, and the principal of Guangdong Shunde Changming School. In 1949, he moved to Taiwan and served as a professor at the Taiwan Zhongyuan Institute of Technology, a council member of the Bible Society, and a chairman of the Evangelical Society.
